With the Slide-Autolock, there is no more cumbersome screwing or twisting to unlock the closure. The Slide-Autolock can be easily opened with a targeted press of a finger on the recessed brass slider. When the snap is released, it automatically locks. The lowered positioning of the button helps prevent unintentional opening. Especially children or climbers looking for an easy-to-use yet secure carabiner will love this closure. The round cross-section at the upper arm of the HMS RONDO prevents edge formation caused by rope friction and also supports smooth rope handling.
