The new ATX Barbell Hinge - Barbell Rotation Trainer. The Barbell Hinge serves as the foundation for training with the Club Attachment, Squat Attachment, and Revolving Handle. When used with a swivel-mounted Ø 50 mm barbell, it achieves three-dimensional mobility, allowing for a wide variety of dynamic and highly effective exercises with these training devices. Various exercises such as alternating presses, one-arm cleans, one-arm jerks, and many more can effectively train all muscle groups. The Barbell Hinge can be mounted individually or in pairs on the posts of ATX RIGs and Racks, enabling the athlete to perform a multitude of additional exercise variations in a dual alternating manner.
