The Atletica B1 Flat Bench combines robust construction with studio quality in a well-thought-out design. With its solid build and a weight of 26 kg, it is designed to handle loads of up to 450 kg. The integration of an 8 cm thick, padded backrest made from durable mesh material ensures maximum comfort and stability. A unique feature is the single front support leg, which allows for additional legroom during bench pressing. For effective space-saving, the bench offers a vertical storage option, allowing it to be rotated 90° and stored upright against the wall. The construction largely avoids wobbly screw connections, making the bench extremely stable and eliminating micro-movements during training. This is complemented by the single-frame design and only 8 screws to secure the backrest, allowing the flat bench to withstand high point loads and earn an H-class certification.
