The vertical anchor winches 'SX' are suitable for sailing and motor boats ranging from 6 to 27 meters in length. They have different motorization characteristics depending on the model. The standard features that you can find in every SX winch series include: a waterproof ball bearing made of stainless steel in the base (for better functionality and maintenance-free operation), which is a unique feature in the winch market. The clutch consists of two conical discs connected to the main shaft through two parallel planes on the shaft to avoid the use of keyways and properly distribute the weight load. The electric motor and gearbox are connected by a special coupling that is equipped with a socket for easier maintenance. A sensor in the base and a magnet in the sheave device allow for connection to a chain counter. Compact round base made of stainless steel AISI 316L.
