Ace AF-1 77 Inverted Hollow Set

The ACE AF1 Hollow axle features an inverted kingpin system. The design includes a hollow axle and a curved base plate to reduce weight while maintaining stability. The kingpin technology provides a fixed anchor point and deep positioning for maximum grind freedom. Included are two magnetic adapter tools that are compatible with standard tools. The manufacturing is done using an AA 356.2 aluminum alloy through a proprietary casting process. The base plate and hanger are heat-treated to T6 standards. The axle pins are made from SAE 4140 steel alloy and are enlarged to prevent bearing play. The self-tapping axle nuts help maintain the threads. Hand-cast pivot bushings with a hardness of 96a and a tuned suspension define the steering behavior.
