Ace AF-1 60 Inverted Hollow Set

The ACE AF1 Hollow Inverted Truck features an inverted kingpin system. The design focuses on mechanical durability and a low kingpin height for grind freedom. The patented technology stabilizes the anchor point of the kingpin. The hollow axle system and curved baseplate reduce the overall weight. It is manufactured from an AA 356.2 alloy using a specific casting process. Baseplates and hangers are T6 heat-treated. The axle bolts are made from SAE 4140 steel alloy and are oversized to reduce bearing play. The system includes self-locking axle nuts to secure the thread ends. The pivot bushings are made from hand-cast 96a urethane. The suspension is optimized for steering behavior. A magnetic adapter for standard skate tools is included.
