If I buy this machine from you, who does the service and how does it work?

After the warranty expired, SAGE referred me to a service partner near Lausanne. I received the necessary packaging material from him to send the machine to CT for repair. It has been there for a few days. The thermostat probably needs to be replaced. But otherwise the machine is great.

Galaxus took care of the service for me. It's no problem. However, SAGE takes a good three weeks +-.
