Question about De'Longhi La Specialista Prestigio

I have had completely different experiences with them so far: Zero defects, only joy. And I've been using it every day since I bought it 3 years ago. The only thing that requires a bit of finesse and experimentation is the right grind setting for the beans (reason: I change the coffee types more often than my shirts ;)

After replacing the machine twice (due to problems during commissioning), I received a perfectly functioning machine. I am extremely satisfied with it.

But what I'm not completely satisfied with is A) that one (your) positive comment is followed by many negative ones and B) that you are anonymous (could also be from Galaxus or DeLonghi.... smile)

Let's see what happens. The promotion is over and the "normal Galaxus price" is far too high... smile
