I bought the part from you. It's a lot of fun, except for the details. The integrated grinder is locked in at level 2 (second finest) of 24 possible levels (!) for a nice lungo. Is this possible and what are the other coarser levels for? Does my machine need to be serviced under warranty? And if so, where to send it. Galaxus?

By the way, I have always taken Schwarzd's tips into account.

Hi, my parents have the Solis Personal Barista and I'm pretty sure it's the same model as the Quick Mill Pegaso 3035 (except for the switches instead of buttons). I noticed the same thing with my parents - the second smallest grind is set but the coffee flows more like a café creme than an espresso. So I'm also grateful for any advice!

Hi Brunoshop, I'm not from Digitec but I have the same machine. Have you tried changing the levels *when grinding*? And only in small steps. I assume that one or more beans got "stuck" in the grinder. If not, I'd dig out all the loose beans and try again. I don't recommend you tinker with it yourself because of the warranty. You can find instructions in forums and on YouTube, but then it's your risk and warranty work is probably no longer covered.
PS I'm currently at level 5.5 - and that seems extremely fine to me. I've never gone much further than 5.
PPS I don't know how much Galaxus reads this, just to be on the safe side, write to support directly.
