Hi. Mine needs calibrating after it went into a 'calibration mode' and then stopped being accurate. It registers 3kg as over 5kg! Does anyone know how to go back into calibration mode? I can't find anything online. I'll contact the manufacturer also. Thanks.

When I switch it on, it always displays 0.0kg.
When the TARE button is pressed, it is possible to reset to 0 to display only the difference (e.g. weight of container/bowl).
Do you have the right unit selected?
