Hello, I've had this coffee machine for a week and wanted to test powdered coffee today. I noticed that after I set it on the machine and started the preparation, only water flows out of the machine even though I pressed normal coffee. What could be the problem?
I assume that you have poured the instant coffee into the intended instant coffee opening using the dosing spoon provided and not into the normal bean compartment. You have also set the programme so that the next coffee is instant coffee. This means that the grinder should not start when the brewing process is started, but only the brewing process with the added powder.
