Hello everyone, I drink almost only espressos myself, so it's not a problem for me that portafilters are primarily designed for espresso. Can I still make a good lungo with this machine (if I have visitors)? Is that what the Americano setting is for? Best thanks

Exactly the Americano is made with the larger strainer in the carrier with double espresso and topped up with water.
