Hello everyone I have not inserted the brewing unit of my koenig finessa correctly and now something is wrong and the unit will not go in. Thank you for your answer Greetings Hans

HI. The part above the brewing unit can be swivelled. Point it vertically and you can reinsert the brewing unit. Good luck.
