Question about Bezzera Unica PID

I can only confirm that. We've been trying to make a decent espresso for a few days now...for now, the pressure barely goes above 3 bar. According to x youtube videos, this has to do with coffee that is ground too coarsely. The home barista course from vitudurum.com in Winterthur costs CHF 160 and I will definitely attend it.

Unfortunately, you don't get a crash course. But such a course is definitely recommended if you have never made coffee with such a machine before. The manual that comes with the machine is only "nice to have", but it doesn't tell you much. It is much more important to buy the right grinder and that is where the story of the right coffee begins! Or in other words, don't be squeamish about spending money on a proper coffee grinder ;-)
There are various Barrista grinders, one of which is the importer of the Bezzera machine itself and is in Winterthur.
