Question about Smeg BCC11TPMEU

I realised that the machine needs exactly the maximum amount of water according to the instructions in order to run the process correctly. I used less water at the beginning and had to top up accordingly. But in the end, the machine switched off automatically.

I also had this problem once. I may not have filled the descaling solution all the way to MAX. If I remember correctly, the rinse cycle finally started automatically after the water tank had been completely filled with fresh water (possibly 2-3 times) (see also problem "Descaling cycle ... in operating instructions p. 15.
By the way, we enjoy the top espresso quality every day.
