Oblong cake pan made of metal with a double non-stick coating. Heat resistant up to 240 °C and dishwasher safe. This durable loaf pan made of heavy carbon steel distributes heat evenly, ensuring consistent baking results. With high edges and a traditional bread loaf shape, it is ideal for breads, pound cakes, and terrines. The double non-stick coating Quantum II allows for easy release of baked goods from the pan. Rolled edges provide added stability. The springform is designed for temperatures up to 240 °C and gains additional stability and shape retention from the rolled edges, while the robust carbon steel ensures a long lifespan.
