Cake pan with removable base made of metal. Diameter: 20 cm. With double non-stick coating. The removable base fits securely in the frame and is heat-resistant up to 240 °C. Dishwasher safe. With these great baking pans, multi-layered sponge cakes, cakes, and cheesecakes can be made effortlessly. The removable base makes it easy to release the cakes from the pan, and thanks to the particularly thick carbon steel, they are wonderfully stable in shape. Made from robust, shape-stable carbon steel, the pan is easy to clean. Simply wash by hand in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly, or place it in the dishwasher. As with all metal items with a non-stick coating, never use pot scrapers or aggressive scouring agents.
