Traditional 3-rivet design combined with exquisite wood. The exceptional handles are made from fine grenadilla wood. The individual grain of the wood makes each knife a unique piece.
* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
* The precise hand and polishing finish ensures high sharpness and enjoyment while cutting. During carving, the meat fork securely holds the roast in place. The prongs can also be used to check the doneness.
