The blades of the Gourmet knives are cut from stainless steel plates using a precision laser.

Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. Handle made of special synthetic material. Santoku - the typical Japanese blade shape. A versatile knife, ideal for the finest cutting tasks in the kitchen. The hollow edge creates air pockets in the indentations of the blade, preventing the food from sticking to the blade.
