A special novelty is the vegetable knife series "Plus" with longer handles. For all those who have known and appreciated these small vegetable knives for generations, but who today want their knives with a slightly longer handle - people are simply taller than they used to be - Manufactur Robert Herder has also grown the basic "Classic" model a little. With handles a good 12mm longer (+ approx. 10%), it stands out clearly from traditional vegetable knives and is ideally suited for people with larger hands. Straight blade, stainless, chrome molybdenum vanadium steel, cherry wood handle, oval.
