Product details

This kitchen knife is one of the absolute classics from Windmühlenmesser. It features an elongated, traditionally oval handle and has been part of our range for over 80 years. Naturally, it is ground with our "Solingen thin grind" and hand-finished. The blade is made of non-stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness). Blade length is about 85 mm, total length is about 185 mm.
