The professional block knife with a walnut wood handle has a blade length of 37.00 cm and a pure blade length of 23.50 cm. Thanks to the VG10 Damascus steel core, a blade hardness of 60±2 HRC is achieved. This professional kitchen knife is extremely sharp and maintains its sharpness. The hammered finish gives the blade a distinctive appearance.

This Japanese-style block knife is perfectly balanced and features an ergonomically shaped walnut wood handle for fatigue-free work in the kitchen.
