The professional small block knife with a walnut wood handle has a knife length of 34.00 cm and a blade length of 20.00 cm.

Thanks to VG10 Damascus steel, a blade hardness of 60±2 HRC is achieved. The professional kitchen knife is and remains exceptionally sharp. The hammered finish gives the blade a very special appearance.

This block knife is perfectly balanced and is excellent for meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. It features an ergonomically shaped walnut wood handle for fatigue-free working in the kitchen.

Due to the individual structure of the Damascus steel and the handle made from naturally grown woods, each knife is unique and therefore one of a kind.
