Swiss Diamond uses durable, heat-tempered glass to ensure that our glass lids have a long lifespan. This 26 cm model is designed for the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan and Sauté Pan, but it can also be used as a universal lid for any 26 cm pot or pan. The adjustable knob can be turned to open and close the integrated steam vent, allowing the cook to control moisture while cooking without having to remove the lid. The lid is oven-safe up to a temperature of 260 °C. Avoid exposing this or other glass items to rapid temperature changes, such as placing a hot lid in cold water.
