Swiss Diamond Classic

This durable glass lid is made from heat-tempered glass for added strength. It fits the Swiss Diamond 8-inch (20 cm) frying pan, sauté pan, and saucepan (standard and induction models). It can also be used as a universal lid for any 20 cm cookware, including pots and pans. The handle features a rotating ring that opens and closes the adjustable steam vent, allowing the cook to control moisture in the pan without having to remove the lid. Like all Swiss Diamond cookware, the lid is oven-safe up to 260 °C (500 °F). Do not expose it to temperature shock - allow the lid to cool before placing it in water.
