The 27.5 x 31.5 x 40.2 cm ice cream maker and yogurt maker Erika from Springlane Kitchen offers a capacity of 2.5 liters. The 250-watt motor ensures quick preparation (yogurt in 8 hours, ice cream in 50 minutes). The built-in compressor provides functions such as pre-cooling and post-cooling to achieve the desired consistency and prevent melting. With a maximum filling capacity of 1.5 liters and environmentally friendly refrigerant R600a, Erika is ideal for larger portions. The removable parts are dishwasher safe (max. 60 °C). Included in the package are the stainless steel container, mixing part, spatula, measuring cup, lid with refill opening, ice cream scoop, and recipe booklet.
