The 3-piece KAI Shun Classic Set combines craftsmanship and high-quality materials in a stylish kitchen duo. At the center is the 18 cm Santoku DM-0718, featuring a core made of V-Gold 10 steel, surrounded by 32 layers of Damascus steel for lasting durability. The hollow edge of the blade minimizes food sticking for a seamless cut. It is accompanied by a solid cutting board made from recycled barrel staves, measuring 34 x 21 cm, which protects the blade.
