The Santoku knife in the colours silver and black serves as a versatile tool in the kitchen, made from high-quality stainless steel with a hardness of 54-57 HRC. This blade is durable, wear-resistant and resistant to rust and corrosion. With a blade length of 18 cm and a bevelled edge, the knife is suitable for slicing, chopping and mincing fruit, vegetables and meat. The full-tang design ensures stability and durability, while the ergonomic handle made of pakka wood (approx. 14 cm long) offers good grip control and reduces fatigue during longer cutting operations. The chef's knife weighs 230 grams and has a total length of approx. 32 cm. It should always be washed by hand.
