The SHAN ZU Santoku knife in silver-black features a hand-forged 19 cm blade made of Japanese 9Cr18MoV steel. With a hardness of 60 HRC, the knife offers excellent cutting ability. The blade consists of a steel core surrounded by 6 layers of rust-resistant outer layers, providing durability, corrosion resistance, as well as resilience and flexibility. The 7-layer structure ensures precise cutting performance and reduces food sticking, supported by the double-sided hollow edge design. The ergonomic handle made of G10 fiberglass is designed in an octagonal shape to ensure comfort and safety during use.
