Serax Inku

On his culinary journeys to Japan, top chef Sergio Herman became enamored with the clear lines and pure beauty of the tableware there. With Inku, he aims to introduce Japanese simplicity into the dynamic atmosphere and glamour of a true brasserie. In addition to the already available plate collection, there is a professional coffee and tea service as well as a stylish, comprehensive range of glassware including wine glasses, champagne flutes, water glasses, and cocktail glasses. Some of these are offered in a special, ribbed edition. The delicate cuts that subtly fade towards the rim of the glass resemble the fins of a whale. Inku unmistakably reveals a sensitive, almost poetic side of Sergio that he rarely shows outwardly.
