Description: Made entirely of stainless steel, the new ergonomic handle is the perfect complement to the acid-etched cutting teeth of the grater, which ensure effortless grating with excellent results. The concave shape centers the food being grated, while the entry and exit surfaces facilitate the process and optimize grating. The silicone base allows for slip-free operation in any position. Additionally, the grater can be used directly over a bowl. The coarse grater is ideal for Swiss Rösti or coarse cheese shavings.
