Completely made of stainless steel, the new ergonomic handle is the perfect complement to the acid-etched cutting teeth of the grater, which ensure effortless grating with excellent results. The concave shape centers the food being grated, while the starting and finishing surfaces make it easier to position and optimize the grating process. The silicone base allows for slip-free operation in any position. Additionally, the grater can be used directly over a bowl. The fine grater is ideal for grating the finest Parmesan, chocolate, ginger, or aromatic cinnamon sticks.
