It includes a rivaALVA Life Bio-Block Activated Carbon Filter and a riva Multi Legionella and Bacteria Filter. This combination offers you efficient protection and the highest safety.

The rivaALVA LIFE filter cartridge is a sintered activated carbon block filter cartridge for drinking water treatment. With its high adsorption capacity and a filter fineness of 20 µm, it can reliably retain both dissolved pollutants and existing suspended particles. The filter cartridge is food-safe and manufactured in Germany from renewable raw materials.

The riva MULTI filter cartridge is a hollow fiber membrane filter cartridge for drinking and shower water treatment. With a filter fineness of 0.2 µm, it can securely retain both bacteria and germs as well as dissolved pollutants like microplastics and particles or suspended solids. The filter cartridge is food-safe and certified and manufactured in Germany.

The retention of pollutants is achieved through three principles: The filter fineness of 0.2 µm retains particles larger than the filter pores. Based on mechanical action, bacteria such as Legionella, Pseudomonas, E. Coli, Enterococci, as well as suspended particles, rust particles, and other pollutants are reliably filtered out.
