Device keeps its promise
The Philips LatteGo EP5335/10 fully automatic coffee machine promises to prepare 6 different coffee specialities at the touch of a button, and it keeps its promise. Espresso, coffee, cappuccino and latte macchiato are prepared at the touch of a button. Optionally, two more coffee specialities can be selected from the menu. The memo function allows the amount of coffee and milk for each drink to be saved individually. The Aroma Strenght button can be used to adjust the strength of the coffee or switch to ground coffee. For two cups or larger cups, simply press the respective button twice. The menu navigation is self-explanatory and simply designed, the display supports both the initial setup and daily use, e.g. when the bean compartment and water tank are empty. Compared to other machines, the brewing process does not start if there are not enough beans. The LatteGo milk frothing system is very easy to clean because there are no hoses. Clean it briefly under running water after each use or, if the milk is to be stored in the container, use the Quick Clean function and then place it in the refrigerator. The milk container can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. The water tank is large enough and thanks to the Aqua Clean filter, descaling is only necessary after about 5000 cups. The bean container has an extra compartment for ground coffee and has an aroma lock that keeps the beans fresh for a long time. The brew group can be removed and easily cleaned under running water. All in all, it's a great machine with a classy design.

It is easy to use and easy to clean. The great thing is that there are no hoses and the LatteGo system convinces us completely. You can also easily adjust the amount of water, milk and heat. I can only recommend this machine.Ewa

We are very happy with this purchase! We quickly got used to the good taste of freshly ground coffee :) The size of the machine is ideal for our small kitchen.
The only disadvantage is that the machine does not produce much foam for a cappuccino or latte macchiato. I've tried different kinds of milk (whole cow's milk, semi-skimmed), almond milk, oat milk, cold milk from the fridge at 4C.. Maybe it's a question of machine settings! To be discovered.
