    Great buy.

    I heard that you can prepare steaks with this method and thought I would give it a try. My wife was sceptical, but changed her mind when she tried the steak. It was cooked perfectly. Reheated turkey for Thanksgiving. I did not use it for other dishes. I have tried cooking potatoes and steak but they have to cook at different temperatures. The vacuum bags are great. Great buy. The bags are also great for storing other foods.

    Works

    Super simple principle to vacuuimieren. Also like to use the bags for freezing. So far no freezer burn with it. I am very satisfied.
