Another tip: the air filters do not need to be replaced when the unit asks for them. Simply vacuum up superficial dust with the hoover, reinsert the filter and perform a filter reset. This saves a lot of money, because these filters are intended for Asian countries, where the air is incredibly dirty. For us, a 180-day filter easily lasts a year or more.

The Pro models used to have a locking lever at the bottom of the filter that had to be operated so that the fan filter was lifted up a little. Actually, the rear cover should not be inserted at all if this lever is not turned over. Whether it now also sucks up Covid viruses (was also a reason for the purchase), we can of course not verify, but I would assume so. BUT: We were surprised that it absorbs the smell of tobacco so well.

I received the device a few days ago and it came with the good blue filter from the manufacturer Xiaomi. It is always included. You can order the formaldehyde filter separately. Maybe Galaxus is willing to replace it before delivery?
