Hello, would four (one in each corner) of these units be enough to clean a 300m² room (900m³ total)? From a purely CADR point of view, it should be possible.

Yes, that would certainly be possible, but I would recommend the newer model, because its filters last easily for a year or more, they are better and if 4 units are used, it is an advantage if the filters last longer.
