The Unold Gusto and its accessories at least seem to be very similar. Otherwise have a look here, according to Solis the official spare parts shop: https://www.coolagshop.ch/de...

The main differences between the Gelateria Pro Touch and the Unold Gusto ice cream machines lie in capacity, design, and features. - Capacity: The Unold Gusto has a larger capacity of 2 litres, suitable for families and groups, while the Gelateria Pro Touch has a volume of 1.8 litres. - Cooling and mixing: Both machines actively cool and stir the ice cream mixture, and their containers and mixing units are reportedly very similar or identical. - User interface: The Unold Gusto features a touch-sensitive display for operation, whereas the Gelateria Pro Touch has fewer settings and a simpler interface. - Noise and size: The Unold Gusto is noted to be louder and bulkier, which may be a consideration for smaller kitchens. - Additional functions: Both machines can make ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet, and yogurt. - Quality and reviews: The Unold Gusto is praised for excellent build quality, stainless steel bowl, and customer service, with very positive reviews on creaminess and performance. The Gelateria Pro Touch is also well regarded but has fewer advanced features. Overall, the Unold Gusto is better suited for larger quantities and offers a more advanced user interface, while the Gelateria Pro Touch is a solid, simpler machine with slightly less capacity.

Grüezi There is a small kettle / bucket in which the ice cream is stirred. The stirring tool rotates automatically until the ice cream is firm enough. It comes with a measuring cup and an ice cream spatula, as well as a recipe book and, of course, the operating instructions. We paid 399.- last August at Galaxus, special offer from Globus.
