My wife and I have the second machine. The first one brewed over 20,000 coffee drinks, capucini and coffee crème. We like the design and operation of the machine. It is worthwhile to maintain the machine according to instructions (cleaning, descaling). Once a week I take out the brewing unit and clean it as well.
