The foamer does not have an external power supply unit but an adapter for the CH socket. Despite the adapter, all 3 sockets can be used.
The manufacturer has a spare parts shop: https://shop.severin.com/shop/article/1408?q=Severin%20SM%209688 I don't know what the delivery conditions are in Switzerland, but it's certainly worth a try. No, we still need ours. :D Good luck with the spare parts procurement!
Hello Marion, I am happy to answer your direct question to me. To do this, the unit must be opened, which requires a special screwdriver. I am not giving any instructions or recommendations here, but only describing what I have done. Opening the unit will void the warranty. For me as a trained technician, such a modification is easy to carry out. The piiper, a piezo buzzer, is a small, black, cylindrical component with a diameter of about 1 cm and a height of about 1 cm and is located on the circuit board inside the housing. At the top of the buzzer is a hole about 3mm in diameter. I covered this hole with a piece of felt - and it was quiet. I have already carried out this modification on another unit - and I am satisfied. Again: This is not a recommendation to do this. People without the necessary electrical knowledge may get an electric shock or damage the unit. LG Felix

Thank you for your question. The spare parts are available - however, this is handled by our Severin service partner "Bluepoint". May I ask you to send an e-mail to info@bluepoint-service.ch? They will then take care of your request.
Super many thanks :)
