If I have a Swiss triple socket on the wall, does the power supply unit supplied block the other two sockets? That would be stupid, because the kettle is supposed to hang from it too....

The foamer does not have an external power supply unit but an adapter for the CH socket. Despite the adapter, all 3 sockets can be used.

The adapter is big and that's why it didn't work for me, it was a mess. I cut off the connector and mounted a nice slim CH 3-pin one with angled cable routing.
