The display is not a touchscreen - you have to press the rotary knob downwards.

The milk frother (tube) has a nozzle with four small holes at the front. This is defective on our machine. Can this individual part be reordered somewhere as an accessory? Thank you in advance for your help.

Galaxus is currently offering a 20% reduction on the Sage Creatista Plus coffee machine in blue and Nespresso is currently offering a promo for 200 coffee. Does the Nespresso promo also apply to this Sage coffee machine?

The Sage Creatista Plus coffee machine uses Nespresso coffee capsules. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the current Nespresso promotion and its conditions, but the original coffee capsules are compatible with the machine we offer.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Yes, you can't really see it in the picture. But in the product description you can find the colour type in the text under specifications at the very bottom. "Silver, brushed stainless steel" would be the one you are looking for.

As far as I know, you can only set the temperature for the milk; in any case, there is no indication of this in the instructions for use.

Help - Milk frother no longer works after 6 months. It bubbles around, the milk gets warm but hardly gives any foam. Every time I get the message that the nozzle is clogged, even though it is clean. Can anyone help? ;-)

Digitec must supply the machine with a Swiss plug. If the machine has a German Schuko plug on it ex works and the cable is not plugged in, Digitec must supply a suitable adapter.

Operation with display and rotary knob simple or cumbersome? Experience shows that sometimes fewer buttons and a colour display are not necessarily easier to operate. Even if they look ultra-modern. My first thought was: What? A coffee machine with a colour display? My question: Is it easy to operate in everyday life or rather fiddly? (Example: in the morning at half past five with half-open eyes...) Once the machine is set, do I not need to use the rotary knob and the display so often? I don't always want to have to turn and press and turn until I have my coffee/cappuchino.... :) Thank you very much.

Once everything is set to your satisfaction, you can easily prepare your favourite coffee even with your eyes closed. For the cappuccino, however, you still have to add milk to the pot ;-)

Personally, I only use the original capsules, which are expensive but taste best to me. Other manufacturers should actually work, e.g. Cafe Royal, I don't know why that shouldn't work. Of course, they have to be compatible with Nespresso machines.

Do the machines still come with an EU plug? Are they available anywhere with a Swiss plug? EU plugs with adapters are rubbish - much too thick, you can't get any other plugs into a 3-pin socket.
