No second tank but there is a small passthrough where you can put ground coffee in the make individual cups with different beans, only big enough for one cup at a time.

The machine rinses regularly to stay clean and hygienic, and it needs water for that. I think it is in everyone's interest that the coffee machine transports the water used for rinsing into the collection container instead of distributing it somewhere else...
Yes, the machine has a hot water function. The water comes from the nozzle to the left of the one the coffee comes from.
There is a 'hot water' button on the machine that activates this function.
Everything works normally for us. The quantity can be selected for all coffee programmes, but unfortunately it is not freely programmable, as is sometimes the case with other machines. I guess something is defective.
