Hello Christian, I place the pizza on a baking paper and cut away the previous paper. I use the metal pizza shovel to place the pizza on the hot stone. This works perfectly for me and nothing sticks. Another tip: Leave about 2-3 cm of the edge free so that the tomato sauce doesn't get on the hot stone. After baking, I take the pizza out of the oven with the shovel. I hope it works and that it will be a success.
