The container is 19cm high measured inside.

20cm, this can be seen in the second picture. I have not measured it, but it should be about right.
According to the manufacturer, 11 litres fit inside. I have never measured it myself, but it should be about right.

No, this item only fits appliances with round circulation pump housings with a diameter of less than 6.2 cm. The Klarstein Quickstick has 8.8 cm as far as I could find out.
