Hi Spoony954
Please note that the offer on iRobot.ch is currently a special promotion. In principle, the decision on pricing lies with the respective retailer and depends on various factors.

I had the same problem at the beginning.
I'm no longer 100% sure, but either a reboot or a factory reset helped me.
Factory reset works without losing your maps: https://homesupport.irobot.com/s/article/53000
How long does it charge, i.e. how long does the LED ring light up?
I also had a charging problem at the beginning, the ring only lit up briefly, then charging stopped. At the moment it's working again. I had the impression that it could be a loose contact in the small docking station.
Hello
A 10% slope should not be a problem for the Roomba. However, you have the possibility to try the Roomba directly at iRobot before buying it from Digitex/Glaxus. This way you can make sure that the Roomba does not have any problems with the slope or the conditions of your flat.
If you have any questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. You can reach us by e-mail at service@irobotics.ch or by phone at +41 62 746 06 74.
With our best regards,

Hello Pagern88
Thank you for your question. That's right, the i, j and s series Roomba models each communicate with the Braava jet m6. So it is possible to start a cleaning process where Roomba first vacuums the rooms it is supposed to and after finishing its task tells Braava jet m6 to please start cleaning its designated rooms.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

He goes under our sofa without any problem, which is about 19/20cm above the floor.
If, for example, the fridge door is open, about 13cm above the floor, he also goes underneath without a problem, it doesn't bother him 👍

Hello Katalant
Yes, you can use the j7+ even if there is no bag in the suction station. It simply does not vacuum and tells you that it could not vacuum because there is no bag. But you can use it normally.

Hello Martindeu
Yes, exactly. Two pieces are included in the delivery. You can get a refill here, for example: iRobot Clean Base dust bag set (3-piece)
One bag lasts for a minimum of 60 days, depending on the amount of dirt.

Hi Jag
Of course, this should not be the case and is not normal. We would ask you to contact us directly. There is a possibility that we will replace the side brush module or send you one. We would be happy to clarify all details directly with you and look forward to hearing from you. You can reach us by e-mail at service@irobotics.ch or by telephone on +41 62 746 06 74.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and for contacting us.

Hello Dynamic94
Thank you for your questions. The suction power of the new Roomba j7+ is the same as that of the Roomba i7 and is therefore 10 times the suction power of the Roomba 600 series. The Roomba s9+ in the square design has 40 times the suction power of the Roomba 600 series. The design of the Roomba j7+ is almost completely the same as the Roomba i-Series. The models differ, however, in that the Roomba j7+ recognises and avoids objects thanks to Precision Vision Navigation, such as cables in the home office. You can control whether or not Roomba sends you images via the app in the settings. All images are fully encrypted - both during transmission and when the robot is idle. Images of objects the robot encounters during a cleaning job are sent to the cloud where they are backed up and can be viewed through the iRobot Home app. After 30 days, the images are deleted from the server. In addition, the user can provide one or more images to iRobot's machine learning database, which is used to improve the variety of obstacles Roomba j7+ can detect to improve the robot's ability to avoid hazards and complete cleaning tasks. Once you, the user, share an image or images, the image is anonymised and sent to a database of aggregated images that contain only basic metadata. You as a user can decide at any time whether or not to share the images from the database. By the way, if the robot detects people during a cleaning process, these images are automatically deleted. These pictures are then neither passed on to you as a user nor to iRobot.
We hope we have been able to help you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can also be reached by mail at service@irobotics.ch or by phone at +41 62 746 06 74.

Hello Visualex
Thanks for your questions.
1) Yes, the matching filters for the j series are those of the e and i series. Here is the direct link to the filters; iRobot Filter Set (3-piece)
2) The suction station will soon be available for purchase separately and will then be compatible with the Roomba j7. The same principle as with the i-Series, for example, where the suction station can also be purchased at a later date.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Your iRobot Team
