Hello all I have been using the j7 for a few days and now I have the first defect "Cannot start" The battery is too weak, etc.... I've already cleaned the contacts and tried a different power connection, but it didn't work. It also has contact with the charging station and lights up, but it just doesn't charge. Does anyone know the problem and what can be done?
How long does it charge, i.e. how long does the LED ring light up?
I also had a charging problem at the beginning, the ring only lit up briefly, then charging stopped. At the moment it's working again. I had the impression that it could be a loose contact in the small docking station.

I'm glad you decided to buy the Roomba j7. Could we ask you to briefly check the battery? Has the yellow protector been completely removed and is the battery ideally placed on the contacts? It may have shifted in transit or there may be some residue that needs to be removed. Otherwise, we would like to ask you to contact us directly. Hm. Das sieht irgendwie aus, als bestünde kein elektrischer Kontakt zw. Akku und dem Roboter.
Wenn ich Fehlermeldung 1 google kommt: "The battery is not connected. Make sure the battery is seated correctly. If your Roomba is brand new, it means you did not pull out the plastic tabs blocking the batteries."
Hast du die Plastikdinger rausgezogen?
