Hello Eidgenoss-60
That's not a problem. iRobot is also represented in Spain.
Either directly: https://www.irobot.es/ or via any major retailer.
Best regards

It was a bad experience for me too, as the device said that the battery was missing even though it was working... Sent for repair and returned without any change!
Do you mean a slope inside the house? How would you imagine this to be?
Possibly with the ramp function... according to statements, there would be a 10% slope... But then it could fail because of the "angle of slope/overhang angle"... LG
Hello Jennifer
Thank you for your question. The Braava jet m6132 in black/copper (a perfect match for the Roomba s9/ s9+) is sold exclusively through iRobot.ch and will not be available here on Galaxus. Please excuse us, we hope to have helped you anyway and we are at your disposal for any further questions.
Best regards,
Your iRobot Team
Yes, I would say that it is better. This one wipes several times and also detects stains and sprays directly onto the floor before it mops. With the combi devices, it's more of a damp mop, as the robot simply follows the path as if it were vacuuming. It depends on the floor. We have a shiny laminate floor and are very happy with the iRobot.
Hello Andrea
Your question has already been answered correctly. Braava jet m6 travels in straight lines, always moving back and forth before activating the spray. This prevents walls or furniture from being sprayed. By the way, the spray level can be adjusted so Braava jet m6 works with more or less water. If you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Your iRobot Team
At the beginning, there were very visible streaks on the laminate. It was a little better on the stone floor. However, since Braava goes from the room to the kitchen via laminate, there are always these marks on the laminate where you can see exactly where it has gone through - very annoying. We are currently practising with different settings, sometimes it is better, sometimes worse. We are not completely satisfied yet. We would like to do more tests, but you always need new pads for that, which is exactly the problem.
At the moment you can neither get washable pads (wet) nor the iRobot product. This limits our tests massively. That is a great pity. What can we do, does anyone have an idea where to get these pads (original)? If we don't get a satisfactory result, we would like to see if we can return the product. However, the return option ends after 30 days at Galaxus, so we are running out of time.
We also own the iRobot Roomba S9+, which is highly recommended!
Hello Anonymous
Thank you for your questions, which we are happy to respond to. We think it is great that you are putting the Braava jet m6 through its paces and giving it the chance to convince you of its capabilities. Of course, proper cleaning by the robot mop depends on many factors, including floor texture, moisture level and even the cleaning solution. As you have certainly seen, you can, for example, adjust the spray strength in the app as desired. For the optimal cleaning result and the longevity of the Braava jet m6, we recommend using only our cleaning solution or water, as otherwise the fine nozzles could become clogged.
The availability of the cleaning solution and washable wet pads is unfortunately somewhat limited due to the current situation, but these should be available again as soon as possible. In the meantime, the disposable wet pads are still available: iRobot Braava Jet m Series Replacement Pads (7x)
If you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone +41 62 746 06 74 or by email service@irobotics.ch
We wish you a lot of fun with the dream team of cleaning; Roomba s9+ and Braava jet m6!
Many greetings,

Hi PannaTaM
Yes :) With this robot mop, you can dry dust or wet mop. The scope of delivery includes 4 different pads:
-> Dry dusting washable
-> Dry dusting single use
-> Wet mopping washable
-> Wet moppng single use
The robot recognises which pad you have fitted, so you only need to start or programme the robot via the app.
When wet mopping, the robot needs water in the tank, you can see the level of the water tank in the app. You can programme or select how much liquid is used per room yourself via the app
If you have any further questions or uncertainties, just get in touch :)
Best regards,

Hello,
I am actually quite early with my Braava Jet m6, however after 4 to 5 cleaning tasks it has a problem. It starts a new task normally, cleans normally for a short time. Suddenly it stops and a sound is heard, then a red light circle appears briefly and then it is like in standby mode. After a restart, it starts all over again. So the only thing I can do is to reset the Braava to factory settings. This is stupid in the long run, because the mapping is always gone.
I have seen that Braava is still running under firmware 3.10.8. In the meantime there is a newer one. I have already tried everything, but Braava does not want to update.
What could be wrong?
How can I fix the error?
How do I get the new update on?
Thank you very much.
Greetings
Anita Allmann
