Thank you for your question. It is possible that the filter on top of the water tank or the spray nozzle at the front of the Braava jet m6 is clogged. This can be due to limescale build up or using the wrong detergent. Please check the small filter by the water tank and clean it if necessary. If the problem persists, please contact us.
