Regarding 1): Both robots have an integrated battery so that they don't fall off the window if the power is interrupted. Regarding 2): From my point of view, both robots are exactly the same. Omni has a kind of power bank. This makes it independent, which is an advantage in old houses with few sockets. But old houses also have small windows, so.... important: if the Omni is connected to 220 V, it won't run. Charging apparently takes around 4 hours. I have a modern house with large windows and plenty of sockets. That's why I bought it without the Omni and am very happy with it.
